Vanilla-Maple Glazed Donuts

Many vegan pastries add flax or chia seeds to replace the eggs. Thanks to the Vegan Pro, absolutely delicious vegetable protein powder, this is unnecessary! In addition to perfectly replacing the famous "flax egg" its taste is absolutely delicious!

I used the Maple Vanilla flavour for these donuts, which adds a unique taste to the donuts. In addition to garnishing it with maple sugar, it is a perfect recipe!

Ingredients (12 donuts)
1 1/2 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour
1 serving Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Oat milk
1/3 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup Maple syrup
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Vanilla extract

Garnish
Maple butter

Method :

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly oil 12 cavities of a donut pan.

2. In a bowl, combine flour, Vegan Pro, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.

3. In another bowl, using a whisk, mix the oat milk, oil, maple syrup, vinegar and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients and mix.

4. Divide the batter into the moulds. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the dough comes out clean. Unmold and let cool on a cooling rack.

5. Spread the maple sugar on the donuts and let set for a few minutes.
