Vegan Caramel Waffles

Vegan Caramel Waffles
There's nothing better than a weekend morning when you take the time to make delicious waffles. These caramel-flavored waffles are divine. Slightly crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside.
I used three of my favorite Raw Nutritional products for this recipe: coconut sugar, Vegan Pro, and flax seeds. Essential for such delicious results!
Ingredients (3 waffles)
1/4 cup Canola oil
2 tbsp Pure Coconut Sugar
1 cup Plant-based milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3 tbsp Vegan Pro Butterscotch
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Spelt flour
1 tbsp Organic ground flax seeds
1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Baking powder
1/8 tsp Sal

1- Preheat the waffle iron.
2- In a blender, blend all ingredients.
3- Pour about 1/2 cup of batter into the waffle iron and bake for about 5 minutes (depending on the waffle iron used). Repeat this step 2 times.
4- Serve with your choice of toppings (vegan whipped cream, berries, maple syrup, plant-based
yogurt, dark chocolate, etc.).
