Vegan Mocha Energizing Oatmeal

Ingredients (1 serving)
1/3 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
¾ cup to 1 cup Plant-based drink according to the desired texture
1 Espresso or 1/3 cup coffee
1 serving Vegan Pro - Coffee Wafer
2 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds
Toppings
1 tablespoon Dark chocolate chip
1 tablespoon Grated coconut
Method :
1. In a bowl, place the oats, vegetable drink, Vegan Pro and flax seeds, mix.
2. Place in the microwave, 1 minute to 1 minute 30, until the oatmeal is heated through.
3. Add the coffee and mix again. Add coconut and dark chocolate chips on top.
