We always need a new oatmeal recipe in our back pocket, right? Especially during the cold winter months. This Vegan Mocha Energizing Oatmeal is perfect for getting up and being ready to crush your day!

Vegan Mocha Energizing Oatmeal

Why not add the perfect flavour to a morning classic? We hope you'll enjoy it!

Ingredients (1 serving)

1/3 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
¾ cup to 1 cup Plant-based drink according to the desired texture
1 Espresso or 1/3 cup coffee
1 serving Vegan Pro - Coffee Wafer
2 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds

1 tablespoon Dark chocolate chip
1 tablespoon Grated coconut


Method : 

1. In a bowl, place the oats, vegetable drink, Vegan Pro and flax seeds, mix.

2. Place in the microwave, 1 minute to 1 minute 30, until the oatmeal is heated through.

3. Add the coffee and mix again. Add coconut and dark chocolate chips on top.
