Vegan Protein Alfredo Sauce 

I absolutely love creamy pasta dishes. According to my partner, this is the best Alfredo sauce he’s ever tasted!
It’s rich in flavor while still being smooth and comforting. The simplicity and quick preparation of this sauce make it perfect for busy days. There’s not even a need to cook a protein on the side since it contains over 20 grams of protein thanks to the Vegan Pro and cashews (not including the pasta). 

Ingredients (1 serving)

- 1/3 cup Cashews
- 1/2 cup egetable broth
- 1/2 serving Vegan Pro – 100% Plain 
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- Salt and pepper

Method

1- Soak the cashews in boiling water for 30 minutes.

2- In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
