Vegan Tiramisu Overnight Oat

Who doesn't love a good coffee in the morning? With this Vegan Tiramisu Overnight Oat recipe, you can savour your favourite flavour with a dessert-like breakfast! And you can meal prep this recipe at the beginning of the week for a special treat ready for you in the morning.

Vegan Tiramisu Overnight Oat

I love overnight oats so much, and even more when they are made with Vegan Pro. Adding plant protein powder to cold oatmeal is perfect for starting your day with an extra-sustaining breakfast.


Here I used the Coffee Wafer Flavored Vegan Pro to give a tiramisu-flavoured kick to this lunch. It's a success! Good morning and, above all, bon appetit!


Ingredients (1 serving)
1/2 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
1 serving Vegan Pro – Coffee Wafer
1 tbsp Pure Organic Cacao
1 half Banana, mashed
1 tbsp Dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup Vanilla oat milk
1/4 cup Filter coffee
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

1/4 cup Vegan vanilla yogurt

Method : 

1. In an airtight Mason jar-style container, combine all the ingredients. Leave to rest in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours. Add the yogurt before consuming.
