Watermelon Mint Smoothie

Have you ever gotten up, and it's already 25 degrees outside? This temperature calls for our Watermelon and Mint Smoothie. It's so refreshing and boosted with Camu Camu. You can also add a splash of vodka or rum for a boozy slushie, we won't tell anyone.

Watermelon Mint Smoothie

You must have noticed that our grocery stores are filled with delicious watermelons! I find this fruit so refreshing and tasty. It is eaten directly in slices, but it can also be cooked. How? My two favourite ways are in popsicles or otherwise in a delicious smoothie like the one I present to you today.

You will find that the addition of fresh mint and camu camu powder makes this smoothie even fresher!

Ingredients (1 smoothie)

150g Soft tofu
1 cup Watermelon, cubed
1/2 cup Water
3 Fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Pure Organic Camu Camu


Method : 

1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients.

2. Enjoy while it's cold!
