We offer a “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”, under which we will take the product back within 30 days from the delivery date if you’re not satisfied with it for any reason.

For the return of unopened products, you’ll receive a full refund.

For the return of opened or used items, you’ll receive store credit, which you can use for future orders.

In order to return a product, kindly place a return request by contacting our customer service team. Presently, we do not offer pick-up facility, so you’ll have to arrange to send the product back to us. We will bear the cost of shipping only if the return is a result of our error.
