Vous n'avez pas besoin de toutes les garnitures folles au-dessus de votre smoothie / Bol Açaï. La majeure partie des nutriments se trouvent dans votre bol. Concentrez-vous sur vous et sur la façon de nourrir votre corps au lieu de ce qui vous donnera des "Like"

But what about the inside? What about what's your smoothie is made of and not only what is topping it?

-100gr Frozen Cherries
- Half a banana
-1 tsp. Açaï Powder
-1 Scoop Maple Vanilla Vegan Pro
