Having a delicious and nutritious snack or lunch option in the fridge is a lifesaver for busy days when time is scarce. As a mom, searching for quick and wholesome meals is a constant quest. Look no further than this easy Acai Pudding recipe, which requires five simple ingredients and minimal preparation. It's a convenient and delightful treat to keep on hand for a satisfying and energizing pick-me-up.

5-ingredients Açai pudding

A very easy recipe to make that is super practical to have in the fridge for busy days. Since I'm a mom, I always seem to be short on time to feed myself well, and I love having nutritious and delicious snacks and lunches like this.

Have fun topping this pudding with fresh berries, your favourite granola, nut butter, dark chocolate chips or any topping you choose!


Ingredients (1 serving)

1 cup Canned coconut milk
1 tsp Pure Organic Açai
2 1/2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/4 cup Raspberry jam

 

Method : 

1. In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, acai powder, chia seeds and acai syrup.

2. In a container, put the jam and cover with the coconut milk preparation. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
