Apple Pie Smoothies (For Two)
It's fall! My favorite season has finally arrived, and I can enjoy the abundance of apples and squash! It is, therefore, my pleasure to offer you our favorite family smoothie, "apple pie" style.
Ingredients (2 smoothies)
1 Small ripe banana, frozen
2 Apples, cut into pieces
2 cups Plant-based milk
1 scoop Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
1 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds
1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Maple syrup
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Ice cubes
Method
1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
