In the rush of morning chaos, a nutritious and satisfying breakfast can be a challenge. As a mother to a nine-month-old, I understand the need for quick and wholesome meals. That's where this Berry Breakfast Smoothie steps in. It's not only rich in plant-based proteins but also a medley of fruits, veggies, and carbohydrates.

Berry Breakfast Smoothie

This breakfast smoothie is rich in plant-based proteins, fruits, vegetables, and carbs. To make it even more complete, I suggest choosing a high-fat plant-based yogurt (like those with coconut).

As I am the mother of a nine-month-old baby, I often lack time, and this super complete smoothie is perfect for my express lunches. In this recipe, the cauliflower cannot be tasted. It only allows you to add a touch of creaminess and a portion of vegetables!

Ingredients (1 smoothie)

1 half serving Vegan Pro – Very Berry
1 cup Plant-based milk
1/2 cup Frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries)
1/2 cup Frozen cauliflower florets
1/4 cup Plant-based yogurt
1/4 cup Oatmeal
1/2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

Method :

1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
