Camu Camu and Blueberry Jam

Camu Camu and Blueberry Jam

I decided to add the powder to my jam to increase its benefits!

Ingredients (1 small container)

1 bag Frozen blueberries (600g)
1/3 cup Water
2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Pure Organic Camu Camu

Method

1. In a saucepan, place the blueberries, water, lime juice, maple syrup and chia seeds. Bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat to medium-low then stir the jam with a spatula a few times. Simmer until the blueberries soften and the texture becomes thicker, about 20 minutes.

3. (Optional step depending on the desired final texture): Puree using a blender or food processor.

4. Let cool and put in a container for storage.
