Camu Camu Chia Seed Pudding
Your new chia pudding recipe, but with a nice twist! Enjoy this superfood powerhouse as a snack or for breakfast.
Ingredients (1 serving)
3/4 cup Oat milk
¼ cup Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Organic maple syrup
½ tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Pure Organic Camu Camu
Method :
1. Add the ingredients to a small bowl, adding the chia seeds last.
2. Whisk together until the ingredients are well combined.
3. Place the mixture in the fridge with a lid or covering overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.
4. Enjoy with berries, granola, yogurt or whatever you prefer!
