Caramel Maca Smoothie Bowl

We think that maca and caramel are siblings separated at birth - their flavours are very similar, so rich and sweet. You want to make maca powder a daily addition to your routine to provide such an excellent and natural superfood to your body. It naturally supports your body to improve vitality, stamina, energy, skin appearance and much more.

Caramel Maca Smoothie Bowl

This summer smoothie bowl is EXTRA protein. The use of Vegan Pro, vegetable protein powder, adds 20 g of protein to the smoothie. In addition, the addition of cashews also increases the vegetable protein intake.

A recipe to eat for lunch, as a snack, after training or physical exertion! For the toppings, they are always optional and adjustable according to your tastes. On the other hand, I recommend those proposed in this recipe to obtain a good intake of carbohydrates and a delicious taste of peach that goes very well with the taste of maca and caramel!


Ingredients (1 smoothie)
1/4 cup Cashew 
1 cup Vanilla oat milk
1 half Frozen banana
1 tsp Pure Organic Maca
1 serving of Vegan Pro – Butterscotch

Toppings (to taste)
Peach quarters
Shredded coconut
Organic Chia Seeds


Method : 

1. In a bowl, cover the cashews with boiling water and soak for about 30 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.

2. In a blender, place the cashews with the rest of the ingredients (except the garnish) and mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish!
