Carrot Protein Oatmeal

What's better than starting the day with a bowl that tastes just like your favourite dessert AND that is full of nutritious ingredients? Our  Carrot Protein Oatmeal recipe is perfect when you can't decide between desserts and breakfasts. Because you can have both!

Carrot Protein Oatmeal

Ingredient (1 serving)
Oatmeal ingredients

1/3 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
1/3 cup Grated carrots
1/3 cup Pineapple cut into small pieces
1 serving Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla 
1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup to 1½ cup Plant-based beverage (depending on desired texture)

Creaming ingredients

3 tbsp Plain vegan yogurt
1 tbsp Vegan cream cheese
1 tsp Maple syrup

2-3 Walnuts cut into small pieces



1. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the cream, and set aside.

2. In a small saucepan, combine all the oatmeal ingredients.

3. Place the pan on the fire ring over high heat. Bring to a boil, constantly stirring with a spatula. Reduce heat to medium-low, continuing to stir.

4. When the oatmeal has the consistency and temperature you desire, place it in the serving bowl.

5. Add cream and walnuts.
