This chocolate, caramel, crunchy nut and fleur de sel chia pudding is made with a chocolate protein chia pudding and a creamy vegan almond butter caramel... A pure healthy treat to eat anytime you have a sweet and salty craving!

Ingredients (2 puddings)
Method
1- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the chocolate protein chia pudding until the mixture starts to thicken. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2- In another bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the creamy vegan almond butter caramel. Set aside.
3- Divide the chia pudding into two glasses, two bowls or two cups, then top with caramel, maple syrup, crushed cashews, cocoa nibs and fleur de sel. Enjoy!
