Waking up to vegan cookie dough overnight oats, what a good morning! This healthy and delicious vegan cookie dough overnight oats recipe is filled with plant-based protein, creamy sunflower butter, chia seeds and cacao nibs. What a better way to start the day?

Ingredients (1 serving)

½ cup Oats
1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Vegan Pro - Cookies N' Cream
1 cup Oat milk (or any other plant-based milk of choice)
1 tbsp No sugar added Sunbutter sunflower butter (or any seed, nut or peanut butter of choice)
1 tsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Cacao nibs

Method

  1. In a Mason jar or an airtight container, add all the ingredients, then mix well.
  2. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 jours or overnight.
