Double Chocolate pudding bought in-store are usually filled with sugar, gum, and artificial flavors. This recipe offers a double chocolate pudding made with few ingredients but lots of nutritional values.

Double Chocolate Pudding

This recipe literally reminds me of the chocolate pudding from my childhood! However, everything is natural and healthy in this delicious double chocolate pudding.

Combined, chia seeds and Vegan Pro make the perfect texture. Chia seeds are not only excellent for the heart but also help facilitate intestinal transit.
This pudding will satisfy your cravings for chocolate as much as your nutritional needs. It contains no added sugar, and it’s filled with vegan proteins!

Ingredients (2 puddings)
1 scoop of Vegan Pro – Chocolate
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tps vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
A pinch of salt



Method
1. Put all the ingredients in a Masson jar. Whisk to combine.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
3. Enjoy!

    I did one scoop of Butterscotch and 2 tbsp of cocoa powder instead and what a revelation!
    This was my first of many “cooking” with protein powder recipes. Looking forward to more.
