Are you looking for a refreshing and fruity beverage for breakfast? Filled with powdered organic Goji berries and raspberries, this smoothie has a beautiful red color and a sweet taste. Two servings for sharing!

Goji Berry & Raspberry Smoothie

What are Goji berries? It is a small red fruit that grows in a tree called the Lycium chinense. They are generally eaten dried but also crushed into powder as in this recipe! It tastes slightly sweet and reminds me a lot of the taste of licorice.

This smoothie stands out for its taste and originality! I strongly recommend it to accompany any breakfast.

Ingredients (2 smoothies)
2 cups Vanilla oat milk
2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Pure Organic Goji
2 tbsp Almond butter
1 cup Frozen raspberries
1 tbsp Maple syrup

Method

1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth, even texture.

2. Pour into two glasses.

If desired, garnish with dried Goji berries.
