Green Smoothie Bowl

I really like eating a smoothie with a spoon! I feel like I enjoy it better and for longer. This green smoothie is very high in protein because of the soft tofu used as a base.

Its beautiful green color comes from spinach (I guarantee the taste is undetectable) and RAW Nutritional's Alkaline Greens. This is a great way to make this supplement part of your daily routine!

Ingredients (One smoothie bowl)
300 grams Soft tofu
1 cup Frozen pineapples
1 cup Fresh spinach
1 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Alkaline Greens
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Toppings (Optional)

1/2 tsp Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Unsweetened grated coconut
Dried berries


1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth texture.

2. Put the smoothie into a bowl and garnish.
