Matcha, banana & coconut overnight oats

An "overnight oats" ready in 30 minutes without waiting for 8 hours? Wow! Yes, it is possible, thanks to the Maple Vanilla vegan protein powder that we add to it. No more waiting all night to enjoy your favorite lunch! It's tasty and satisfying!

Ingredients (1 serving)
1 cup Large oatmeal flakes (do not use quick oats)
2 tbsp Unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp Organic Ground Flaxseeds
1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Vegan Pro - Maple Vanilla
1 ½ tsp Pure Organic Matcha Tea
1 cup Plant-based milk
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 Ripe banana, mashed
Toppings
Unsweetened plant-based coconut yogurt
Pineapple chunks

Method

1. Start by mixing in a bowl the oats, coconut, flax and chia seeds, as well as the Maple Vanilla vegan protein powder and the matcha tea powder.

2. Whisk in the plant-based milk, maple syrup and mashed ripe banana.

3. Pour into a Mason jar and garnish with vegan coconut yogurt and pineapple chunks. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then serve.
