No-Cooking Energy Balls
These energy balls have two essential qualities: they are portable and don't require cooking. What's not to love?
Ingredients (12 balls)
Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/4 cup Vegan Pro - Chocolate
3 tbsp Coconut flour
2 tbsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
1 cup Pure Organic Cacao
Wet ingredients:
1/4 cup Peanut butter
1/3 cup Vegetable soy beverage
3 tbsp Maple syrup
1 cup Coconut oil
Optional :
Multicoloured sugar pearls or your choice
Method:
1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, and set aside.
2. In a second bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Add the dry mixture to the wet one, and mix with a spoon.
3. Form 12 balls using your hands. Roll the balls in the sugar pearls.
4. Place the balls in the fridge for 1 hour, then enjoy.
*Keep the balls in the refrigerator.
