Did you know that these No-Cooking Energy Balls are perfect for bringing with you in camping, at the beach, on your next road trip or even to snack on during your workday? You can even double or triple the recipe and freeze them to make sure you never run out of delicious snacks!

No-Cooking Energy Balls

These energy balls have two essential qualities: they are portable and don't require cooking. What's not to love? 


Ingredients (12 balls)

Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/4 cup Vegan Pro - Chocolate
3 tbsp Coconut flour
2 tbsp Pure Organic Coconut Sugar
1 cup Pure Organic Cacao

Wet ingredients:
1/4 cup Peanut butter
1/3 cup Vegetable soy beverage
3 tbsp Maple syrup
1 cup Coconut oil

Optional :
Multicoloured sugar pearls or your choice

 

Method: 
1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, and set aside.

2. In a second bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Add the dry mixture to the wet one, and mix with a spoon.

3. Form 12 balls using your hands. Roll the balls in the sugar pearls.

4. Place the balls in the fridge for 1 hour, then enjoy.

*Keep the balls in the refrigerator.
