"Overnight Oat" with Goji and Berries

Nothing is more practical than having oatmeal in the refrigerator to start your day. I don't know about you, but mornings here are always a little chaotic. Knowing that I have a good, nutritious breakfast in the fridge always relieves me of my mental load!



Ingredients (1 portion)

1/2 cup Quick-cooking oatmeal
1 tbsp Pure Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup Vanilla plant-based milk
1/4 cup Strawberries, crushed

Garnish
Raspberries
Blueberries



Method : 

1. Place the crushed strawberries at the bottom of an airtight jar.

2- In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients. Pour over the strawberries. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.

3. Garnish with raspberries and blueberries before serving.
