Protein Blueberry–Tahini Overnight Oats

Start your day with a creamy, nourishing twist on classic overnight oats. This protein-packed blueberry and tahini combo is both refreshing and satisfying, with the perfect balance of sweetness and richness. It’s an easy make-ahead breakfast that fuels your body and keeps you full for hours. Perfect for busy mornings or a quick healthy snack!

Ingredients (for one large serving or two small)

Blueberry mixture
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups Plant-based milk
- 1 scoop Vegan Pro Extra Vanilla
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

Oat mixture
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup

Method 

1- Blend all the blueberry mixture ingredients until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

2- In a bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, blueberry mixture, and maple syrup. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or overnight.

3- When ready to serve, transfer into jars and top with 1 tbsp tahini mixed with 1 tsp maple syrup, quinoa flakes, and fresh blueberries.
