Vanilla and Maple Protein Granola

It's so easy to make your own granola. In addition to having the satisfaction of having done it yourself, it's always nice to be able to save money by avoiding buying the one on the market.

This granola is delicious with its maple and vanilla taste. I'm a big fan of big, crunchy pieces in granola, and I can guarantee that this one is perfectly crunchy!

Ingredients (for 3 cups)

1/4 cup Applesauce without added sugar
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1/4 cup Almond butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3 cups Quick-cooking oatmeal
3/4 cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
1/3 cup Pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1 serving Vegan Pro – Maple Vanilla
2 tsp Pure Organic Camu Camu
Pinch of salt

Method :

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. combine the compote, maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add the oatmeal, nuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, Vegan Pro, Camu Camu and salt. Mix.

3. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and cook in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. The granola should be nicely browned. Allow it to cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
