Vanilla Strawberry Overnight Oats

Life can get busy, but I promise it's worth taking five minutes to prepare this delicious overnight oats recipe. It's a nourishing, protein-packed breakfast that helps you start your day on the right foot. Your body will thank you!

Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1/2 cup Quick oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 serving Vegan Pro — Extra Vanilla
- 3/4 cup Plant-based milk

Topping
- 1/4 cup strawberries, mashed into a purée
- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)

Method

1- In a small jar, combine the oats, chia seeds, salt, Vegan Pro, and plant-based milk. Mix well.

2- Top with the strawberry purée.

3- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, then spread the melted chocolate over the strawberry layer.

4- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

5- Enjoy straight from the jar!
