Vegan and Colorful Blue Smoothie
I drink smoothies daily, and I don't get tired of it. It's a quick snack to make and so good. It's also super easy to consume on the road or while running around the house!
This blue smoothie differs from the smoothies we know with its beautiful colour. It's also high in protein because it contains a lot of tofu! It can perfectly take the place of a breakfast.
Ingredients (1 smoothie)
Method :
1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
